CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA) — The Clearwater Central Catholic Marauders will play the Chaminade-Madonna Lions at 7:30 p.m. at FIU Wednesday, December 11.
Chaminade-Madonna is coming into the game with momentum. The Lions have won their last 12 games.
CCC will face Chaminade-Madonna in the state championship for the third consecutive year. Head coach Chris Harvey says the Lions have ended their season five of the eight years he’s been at the helm.
“They were a better team than we were, but this is a new year,” said Harvey.
The Marauders have experience with 17 seniors on the team, nine who have been in the program all four years and 13 who have played in the two state championships.
