ESPN commentator weighs in on NCAA Women’s Final Four | Rooted in Progress

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — “They’re playing basketballlll, we love that basketball.” 🎶

Athletes from four collegiate teams are calling Tampa home for the next few days as the NCAA’s Women’s Final Four returns.

The action begins Friday when the Texas Longhorns take on the defending champions, the South Carolina Gamecocks at 7 p.m. Both teams are number one seeds. At 9 p.m. the UConn Huskies will hit the court to take on the UCLA Bruins. The winners of both games will play for the championship title on Sunday.

This week on ‘Rooted in Progress’, we are talking about the impact this event brings to the city.
