PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. (WFLA) — Tickets for the Tampa Bay Rays’ spring training season are going on sale.
At 10 a.m. on Wednesday, baseball fans can purchase tickets for the 2025 spring season, which will be held at Charlotte Sports Park in Port Charlotte.
The spring home opener will take place on Saturday, Feb. 22 against the Boston Red Sox. Throughout the training season, the Rays will face the New York Mets, New York Yankees, Atlanta Braves, and Detroit Tigers.

The regular season will be held at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa. Due to the limited space, fans are encouraged to purchase tickets with a $100 deposit toward a Full Season Membership.
The change in location for the 2025 season comes after Tropicana Field, the home of the Rays in St. Petersburg, sustained significant damage from Hurricane Milton in October. The estimated cost to repair the stadium came out to be roughly $56 million.
